· 10 inch frying pan

· 1 large wooden chopping board (this gives you plenty
of workspace to chop, grind etc, I really like bamboo)
· 2 synthetic chopping boards (1 for meat and 1 for fish, or use
both side by side if working on large fish or joint or meat. Make
sure they fit in the dishwasher for easy clean up)
· 1 roasting pan (thick bottomed for even distribution of heat and perfect for making gravy in after roasting a joint)
