1. Pre heat oven to 275˚F
2. Peel vegetables, and slice horizontally into thin slices on mandolin
3. Spray non stick cookie sheet with olive oil spray
4. Place vegetable slices on tray
5. Cook in pre heated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning half way through
6. Remove from oven when crispy and put in large bowl
7. Mix salt and spices together and sprinkle over chips
8. Store in airtight container
