Sorry I have been neglecting the blog lately but I have been in LA for the last week filming new IN YOUR KITCHEN videos with great chefs at some fabulous restaurants. We were based at the Ritz Carlton in Marina Del Rey where we headed straight for the kitchen to film Executive Chef Chad Minton in his kitchen. Chad shared one of his signature dishes with us, Fried Baby Artichokes with Lemon Thyme Aioli along with some great summer salads which will be coming soon to INYOURKITCHEN.

We also filmed at a number of different famous restaurants in LA including Border Grill in Santa Monica, Grace Restaurant with Chef Neal Fraser and one of the most fun restaurants we have ever filmed at Nic’s Beverly Hillswith chef and owner Larry Nicola Larry Nicola. Let’s just say this shoot included Larry and I tasting Vodkas in their Vodbox while wearing a faux fur coat and hat!!!!!!
